Relational
Relationships are built with the eternal in mind. Through focused prayer and fasting we develop strategic collaborations and partnerships with ministries and church groups to achieve God’s purpose.
Intentional
Intentional in our outreach: Challenging people of color to reach people of color. Challenging all people to be missions minded. SSOJ challenges people to become doers of the Word, not just hearers of the Word.
Strategic
Strategic in our outreach: Recognizing where God is at work and joining Him there. Training is customized to fit each group and specific to the culture where each group will serve.
Evangelistic
Evangelism and transformation are the ultimate goals of our missions and discipleship training and missions trips. The love of Jesus is demonstrated by meeting people’s needs and exalting His Holy name.

THE GOAL OF SSOJ’S TRAINING IS TO EMPOWER THE TRAINEE TO EMBRACE THEIR OWN POTENTIAL OF SOWING SEEDS WHEREVER THEIR FOOTSTEPS MAY TAKE THEM. Training is designed for teams, churches, and/or organizations desiring to experience God at a more purposefully level. (Missions Boot Camp Training, Missions Leadership Training, Missions Discipleship Training, Missions Field Team Training)
